MODULAR STAINLESS STEEL FILTRATION RAMP

Modular ramps for filtration. Available in four different sizes: 1, 3, 4 and 6 places.

Can be completely dismantled for cleaning and checking the various parts.

They can be assembled with uniform or different types of columns, even in mixed form.
This can be done at the time of purchase or even afterwards, simply by replacing the columns of one type with others of a different type.
The construction is made of satin-finished stainless steel, with handle-shaped side panels made of aluminium, on one side of which a hose barb with 3 diameters for vacuum hoses with diameters of 8, 12 and 16 mm is mounted, and on the other side a stopper.
Hose holder and cap are interchangeable to facilitate proximity to the vacuum source.

1 – 247310 – Basic ramp, 1 place (length mm 240)
2 – 247330 – 3-position basic ramp (length mm 420)
3 – 247340 – Basic 4-person ramp (length mm 560)
4 – 247360 – Basic 6-person ramp (length 780 mm)

Several types of polished stainless steel columns are available. Each column is equipped with a tap for vacuum interception or change of flow direction. The tap is made of PTFE with a stainless steel lever.

249306 – KM-N column
Universal – Cone-shaped for #8 size plugs (with upper size of Ø 41 mm) on which to thread a filtering device.
249305 – Column RA-S
Universal – Mushroom-shaped with Ø 50 mm sintered stainless steel disc and PTFE gasket. Cups are mounted directly on it.
249312 – Column RA-A
Special – Mushroom-shaped with stainless steel mesh disc Ø 41 mm. For filtration cups with separate membrane.
249308 – Column KM-A
Special – Like RA-A but without stainless steel disc. For filtration cups with built-in membrane.
